To Be Announced 2015 in Pretoria
Teddy Bear Therapy (TBT) for children (aged between three and twelve years) is an exciting relatively new form of therapy that yields rapid and dramatic results within two to six sessions. Based on the earlier work of Richard Gardener (Mutual Storytelling) and Virginia Axline (Playtherapy) but expanded to actively empower the child this form of child therapy needs no additional prop other than a soft toy and is enjoyed by both clients and therapists.
The workshop is co-presented by Larissa Ernst and Linda Dennis.
Training in the IPA is a prerequisite for this course.
This workshop will also be presented in Durban and Cape Town ad hoc on request.
